Chic Light Pink and “Navy Blue Wedding”

Cassie and Miles were a chic downtown couple with industrial vibes and modern styling. Navy Blue Wedding Their special day at The Standard was a true example of urban chic wedding dreams! The classic yet fun event was created by their choice of light pink and navy wedding.

We loved the mix of traditional and non-traditional elements that this wedding featured. These ideas are included in the 2020 Wedding Trends. They decided to scrap a traditional wedding party that included a “Man of Honor” designation on the bride’s side of aisle. We discussed the possibility of Ben taking his duties seriously and even considering hiring him for future weddings. The suits were navy blue and the men looked amazing, while the bridesmaids wore light pink dresses.

Miles and Cassie also decided to have a First Look. What better time to throw some confetti than when you see your future spouse for first time? After the couple’s confetti first glance and portraits, they said “I do” at the popular main ceremony location. The ceremony site is cozy and warmly lit by bistro lights. Warm bistro lights lead to the balcony where the sun sets. The glow of the lights and the fading sun made for effortless photos of the newlyweds.

Palette of Navy Blue Wedding Colors

This popular wedding color scheme combines rich navy blue with sparkling light pink. You can choose from navy and pink wedding colors for a casual beachside wedding, or an elegant downtown ceremony. Blue and pink are opposites on the color wheel which makes them complementary colors. They can be combined to create a timeless effect that is both fun and useful.

Bridesmaid dresses are universally adored by pink. If in doubt, choose pink. Any type of pink dress, from light pink to blush pink and the more well-known dusty rose, will never go out fashion. The pink bridesmaid dress is soft and romantic but still has a touch of preppy. Remember that pink bridesmaid gowns look great with any type of wedding bouquet.

A navy blue suit is something everyone can love. A blue suit is an essential piece of clothing. Because of its timeless appeal, a blue suit is a timeless style that can be worn over and over again. Why? Blue suits are versatile. It can be matched with many shirts. You might consider a light blue or light pink shirt. What about a printed or grey shirt? There are so many combinations that there are no limit to the possibilities.

The wardrobe doesn’t have to be light pink or navy blue. These colors can be used in many of the wedding decorations. You can think of a luxurious wedding cake decorated with pink flowers. You could also consider gold and navy foiled stationery. Add colored glassware to your reception decor, and table linens. For a more sophisticated look at any wedding, couples can use vintage furniture!
